Components:

1 / 2 kg grain humus (type simple is better - not white)
2 cups chopped Parsley min (1 or -1 Parsley and coriander)
4-5 mini chopped garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon cumin
1 large onion cut quarters
1 teaspoon powdered baking Soda
deep frying Oil - better Knolh

Manner of preparation:

Cold water, soak the humus * for 12 hours.
filter the humus, it will not be wet.
grind the Humus with onions in a car - once **.
add it all - except baking powder.
Lay aside for half an hour (if Fry later need to put in, to spend an hour before frying).
Add the baking powder mix well.
Heat the oil slightly warm tone down the high heat, Create small balls (should not be big balls)
fry until you get a dark golden color.
take to Cushioned tool with paper towel.
